It is amazing how many of these gurus either don’t make money from dropshipping or who sell you ideas and strategies that are completely outdated.
Selling courses is easy money. There is no doubt about it. The grind of running a Shopify dropshipping store can get tough. That is why so many become a guru after just 1 successful product.

I am definitely not hating on gurus. Making Youtube videos can be very time consuming and it takes some balls to put your face to something like that.
The reality is that there are a lot of great free shopify dropshipping courses that are more than enough to get you started.
You really just need to learn the basics from a course. The rest is best to be learnt through experience.
Spending $1000 on ads will get you much further than spending $1000 on a course. To be successful at dropshipping I would suggest you START by picking a marketing channel. This can be Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Influencers or even SEO.
Every channel will be different and picking just 1 and sticking with it until you succeed is the way to go.
You need to have 1 fixed point.
If your marketing channel is your fixed point then you can test everything else. This means you will probably need to test many different products and or stores in many different niche markets.
If you are really passionate about a specific niche or products then you can make that your fixed point. You can then test on many different marketing channels until you find something that sticks.
This tends to be much harder as it will require a much bigger budget and a lot more time. Managing ads on different platforms can be a real challenge – especially if you are a lone wolf.

Sarah from Wholesale Ted runs one of the most successful Youtube channels on dropshipping and print on demand. Lately she started making some more general “how to make money online” videos. Ignore these.
Her dropshipping videos are on point and she is really good.
Her free dropshipping course is perfect for beginners and covers everything you need to know to get started with dropshipping with Aliexpress and Shopify. Its about 40 minutes long and easy to digest and follow along.

2.Gabriel St-Germain’s Free Dropshipping Course

Gabriel St-Germain is one of the most successful dropshippers and his approach to dropshipping has changed the way most dropshippers do things these days. He was one of the first Dropshipping Youtubbers to do single product stores.
His entire strategy is different in the sense that he builds an entire store around just one product. He creates a brand around the product and all his marketing is branded. He starts off with an Aliexpress product and once it works he uses an agent to ensure lower prices and faster shipping.
He also has a unique Facebook ads strategy that allows for massive scale once you start generating sales.
It is an excellent free course for advanced dropshipping. He also has a few other videos that helps you piece his strategy together but this free course contains the most important part. It is 30 minutes of pure gold. He also has a paid course and I have been through it.
One of the best Shopify dropshipping courses around BUT his strategy does require quite a large budget for Facebook ads and is not recommended for beginners.
3.Verum eCom’s Free Dropshipping Course

Probably my favourite eCom channel on Youtube, these guys really know their shit. Apart from being incredibly successful at dropshipping, they are incredibly generous with their knowledge.
They have a similar approach to Gabriel St-Germain with single product stores and creating a brand around 1 product. They promote very clean and professional looking Shopify stores (using the super fast Turbo theme).
They use only Facebook ads and have 2 ads strategies. One for higher budgets and one for lower budgets. This allows you to use their strategies even if you don’t have the budget.
I would recommend you watch all the videos on their channel but watching their free dropshipping course is the best for getting started with single product stores and Facebook video ads.
These 3 best free Dropshipping courses that covers virtually everything you need to get started. DO NO blow your budget on expensive guru courses. It will NEVER make you successful. It is experience and DOING that will make the biggest difference.
Resist the temptation to buy courses – especially if you are not yet successful at dropshipping. Once you start making decent money then you definitely need to invest in becoming GREAT at your craft and this may involve buying courses and getting coaching.
Until then, be smart with your budget and focus on learning through experience. Be careful with free information on Youtube as many grus just want to get views or suck you into their funnel (to sell you an expensive and crappy course).
Dropshipping is not complicated but it is also not easy. Most of your success relies on your product(s) and how you market and sell it.
Facebook or Google ad strategies, gimmicks and tricks rarely make the difference between success and failure.
